Can I upgrade to a more powerful hosting plan later?

Yes you can indeed. If you think your current hosting package is reaching its limits, you can always upgrade to a higher package available. Even if you are at the start, in the middle or at the end of your service time. Already got the best package? Don't worry, we can create a custom deal for you. It is exactly the same to downgrade your package.

To host our gameservers, we use an advanced Pterodactyl gameserver panel called WISP. By hosting WISP we can ensure you almost no downtime and updated features.

Due to our "48 hours Money-back Guarantee" policy, you will receive a full refund of your service to your original payment method. Keep in mind that the 48 hours start when we received the first payment of the service and not when the service is being used. After 48 Hours we still refund services but depending on the case.

Yes we do sell those. On a few games those packages are ready to buy from the order page. However, some games won't have the package available. If you want a community package for a game that we don't offer it for, feel free to open a ticket!

We try to offer every game that is available to have servers for. If you don't find the game you are looking for, it is most likely our panel that doesn't support it yet or we still have to investigate it. Feel free to open a ticket to request a new game.
